USDA COLEAFS is a five-year investigation (RCT) of gardening by 3-4 year olds attending childcare centers to assess its impact on physical activity and fruit and vegetable liking and consumption. PI Nilda Cosco, PhD, Director of Programs, NLI, presented a poster highlighting different aspects. The poster was well-received and drew lots of attention and enthusiasm.
